Welcome to SandiaCleanCrew. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related interactions you may have with us. By booking a service through our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SandiaCleanCrew offers exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. This includes, but is not limited to:

Trash bin and dumpster cleaning
Pressure washing (driveways, sidewalks, parking lots)
Exterior window cleaning (when available)
Subscription-based cleaning plans

All services are subject to availability and serviceable location. We currently operate within Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, NM.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website. Payment is due at the time of booking or will be charged automatically for subscription services. We accept debit and credit cards via our secure online platform.

If a service cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., access issues, weather), we will work with you to reschedule.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your service, notify us at contact@sandiacleancrew.com within 48 hours of completion. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, which may include re-cleaning or offering credit at our discretion.

5. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime by emailing contact@sandiacleancrew.com at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with service operations, or submit false information during booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive or dishonest behavior.

7. Limitations of Liability

SandiaCleanCrew is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural weaknesses, poor drainage, or neglected surfaces. We take care during each job but cannot be responsible for conditions beyond our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
